The Loft is accessed by its own external staircase from which guests can enjoy a view of woodland, gardens and fields.

Overlooking the gardens and swimming pool of Yew Tree Cottage the Loft in the Forest is fully equipped to accommodate two guests.

A fitted, well equipped kitchen area contains an electric oven, a hob, microwave and fridge thus providing for the self-caterer and there is a shaped granite worktop for dining.

The room is also furnished with a double bed, seating and a coffee table. Entertainment is available from the dvd player and digital television with radio.

Through a door and down two steps is the bathroom. The double ended bath,  personal care products, thick piled towels and bath robes are all provided to enhance your relaxing stay at the Loft.

Adjacent to the outdoor heated swimming pool and below the bathroom is the Pool Room. Here, guests will have access to changing facilities, toilet, shower and washing machine.

Depending on the season, you may wish to enjoy a swim* in the heated outdoor pool, a quiet time on the pool-side, a rest in the dappled shade of the apple trees or a stroll down through the woods to where the meandering river winds its way onwards towards Brockenhurst and finally joins the sea at Lymington.

The Loft is centrally heated and accommodation rates are fully inclusive of all gas and electricity.
